🌿 Butler’s Event Venue 🌿

A private space in downtown Butler for showers, parties, and whatever you’re celebrating.

The Root Cellar is available for private events for $600, which includes exclusive use of the space for a 5-hour time slot.

Time slots:

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your event.

You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We do not have any restrictions on catering or beverages.

The space can accommodate up to 75 guests total.

Your rental includes:

We offer a few simple favor options if you’d like to include something for your guests:

Air plants — $1 each
Wildflower seed packets (“Let Love Grow”) — $2 each
2" nursery plants — $3 each
2" potted plants in white terracotta — $5 each
Plant Bar add-on — $10 per person (guests create their own arrangement upstairs in the Secret Garden)

Your 5-hour rental includes both setup and tear-down time
Tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces will be ready when you arrive
You’re responsible for bringing any additional decor, food, or personal items
At the end of your event, simply take what you brought — we handle general cleanup

Street parking is available, and the Tier Garage on W Cunningham St offers free parking on evenings and weekends.

If you’d like to see the space ahead of time, you’re welcome to stop by during business hours. Weekdays are usually the easiest.

No confetti of any kind (including table confetti, balloons, poppers, or biodegradable confetti)
Events must end within your reserved time slot
All personal items must be removed at the end of your booking
The person booking the event is responsible for their guests

Full rules and waiver are required before booking.

What about setup and tear-down?
Your 5-hour rental includes both. We set up the basics, you bring your extras.

Can I tour the space?
Yes, during business hours. Weekdays are best.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes, via the rear alley entrance with ramp access.

Where can guests park?
Street parking is available, and the nearby Tier Garage offers free parking evenings and weekends.

Do you offer catering?
No, but you’re free to bring in whatever you’d like.

Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, this is a BYOB venue.
