Sonora Barrel Cactus (Ferocactus spp.)

Sonora Barrel Cactus is a bold desert cactus with a rounded to barrel-shaped body covered in pronounced ribs and clusters of sturdy spines. Its classic Southwestern appearance makes it a striking addition to sunny windowsills, cactus collections, and desert-inspired displays. As it matures, it may produce colorful flowers near the crown of the plant.

It’s a hardy, low-maintenance cactus that thrives with plenty of sunlight and very little water.
