6" Bantel's Sensation Snake Plant

Bantel's Sensation Snake Plant (Dracaena trifasciata ‘Bantel's Sensation’)

Bantel's Sensation is a striking Snake Plant with tall, exceptionally narrow leaves striped vertically in shades of dark green, silvery green, and creamy white. Its slim, upright growth gives it a completely different look from the broader-leaved Snake Plants you typically see.

Like other Snake Plants, it's incredibly forgiving and handles missed waterings like a champ. Brighter indirect light will help maintain its beautiful white striping, while a fast-draining soil mix and letting the soil dry between waterings will keep the roots happy.

Care Tips:
☀️ Light: Medium to bright, indirect light, can tolerate lower light but brighter light helps maintain variegation
💧 Water: Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings, especially during cooler months
🌫 Humidity: Average household humidity is perfect
❄️ Temperature: Thrives around 60 to 85°F, protect from cold temperatures
🐾 Pet Friendly: No
⭐ Rare: Semi-Rare

Fun Fact:
Bantel's Sensation isn't a new cultivar. It was patented in 1948 by Gustav Bantel, who discovered it as a mutation of a traditional Snake Plant. Its skinny, white-striped leaves have been making regular Snake Plants look chunky ever since. 🌿
