Aloe Claviflora (Aloe claviflora)
Aloe Claviflora is a low-growing, spreading aloe that forms clusters of broad, blue-green leaves arranged in a tight rosette. The leaves are thick with soft, reddish teeth along the edges, and the plant tends to grow outward rather than upward, creating a dense, ground-hugging form over time. It has a slightly more rugged, natural look compared to more symmetrical aloes.
It’s a hardy, low-maintenance option that does best with plenty of light and space to spread.
Care Tips:
☀️ Light: Bright light to full sun
💧 Water: Allow soil to dry completely between waterings
🌫 Humidity: Prefers dry conditions; does not need added humidity
❄️ Temperature: Thrives in warm temps; protect from frost
🐾 Pet Friendly: No
Fun Fact:
Aloe claviflora is sometimes called “club aloe” and is known for forming colonies over time as it spreads outward.
