Episcia (Episcia cupreata)
Episcia, sometimes called Flame Violet, is a colorful tropical houseplant grown for its velvety, patterned foliage and bright little tubular flowers. Depending on the variety, the leaves can feature shades of green, bronze, silver, pink, or copper, often with a beautiful metallic sheen. Its trailing growth habit makes it especially pretty in hanging baskets or spilling over the edge of a shelf.
It loves warmth and humidity and prefers to stay lightly moist rather than drying out completely.
