4" Ficus Shivereana

Ficus Shivereana (Ficus elastica ‘Shivereana’)

Ficus Shivereana is a gorgeous variegated Rubber Plant with glossy leaves marbled and speckled in shades of green, cream, yellow, and lime. New growth can emerge with soft pink or peachy tones before gradually developing its mature coloring, and no two leaves come out exactly the same.

Also commonly sold as Ficus Moonshine, Shivereana has the same upright growth habit as other Rubber Plants but with much more colorful foliage. Give it plenty of bright indirect light to maintain strong variegation and encourage healthy, compact growth.

Care Tips:
☀️ Light: Bright, indirect light, some gentle morning sun is beneficial
💧 Water: Allow the top 1 to 2 inches of soil to dry between waterings, avoid soggy soil
🌫 Humidity: Average household humidity is usually fine, but appreciates moderate humidity
❄️ Temperature: Thrives around 65 to 85°F, protect from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes
🐾 Pet Friendly: No
⭐ Rare: Rare

Fun Fact:
Shivereana's variegation is sometimes described as camouflage because of its irregular mix of green, cream, and yellow. Add the occasional pink-toned new leaf and it's basically the Rubber Plant that decided plain green wasn't enough. 🌿🩷
