Twin-Flowered Agave (Agave geminiflora)

Agave Geminiflora, commonly called Twin-Flowered Agave, is a striking succulent with hundreds of narrow, dark green leaves forming an incredibly dense, symmetrical rosette. Its thin, flexible foliage gives it a softer, almost grassy appearance compared with the chunky leaves of many other Agaves, while still delivering that bold desert look.

This slow-growing Agave loves bright light and excellent drainage. It's extremely drought tolerant once established, making overwatering a much bigger concern than forgetting to water it.

Care Tips:
☀️ Light: Very bright light to full sun, acclimate gradually to intense direct sun
💧 Water: Allow soil to dry thoroughly between waterings, water much less frequently during cooler months
🌫 Humidity: Prefers low to average humidity with good airflow
❄️ Temperature: Prefers warm conditions, protect container-grown plants from hard freezes

Fun Fact:
The name geminiflora means “twin-flowered,” referring to the pairs of flowers that grow along its towering bloom stalk. A mature plant can eventually send up a flower spike several feet above the rosette. 🌵🌿
