6" Alocasia Polly

Alocasia Polly (Alocasia × amazonica ‘Polly’)

Alocasia Polly is a dramatic tropical houseplant known for its glossy, arrow-shaped dark green leaves, bold silvery-white veins, and beautifully scalloped edges. Its compact size delivers all the drama of a larger Alocasia without taking over the room, making it perfect for shelves, tabletops, and smaller spaces.

It loves warmth, humidity, and bright indirect light and can be a little dramatic when its conditions change, but those incredible leaves are worth it.

Care Tips:
☀️ Light: Bright, indirect light; avoid harsh direct afternoon sun
💧 Water: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil begin to dry; keep evenly moist but never soggy
🌫 Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity
❄️ Temperature: Thrives around 65–85°F; protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 60°F
🐾 Pet Friendly: No
⭐ Rare: No

Fun Fact:
Despite often being sold as Alocasia amazonica, this plant doesn't come from the Amazon. It's a cultivated hybrid, and ‘Polly’ is the compact form that became one of the most recognizable Alocasias in the houseplant world. 🌿
