8" Heartleaf Philodendron Basket

Heartleaf Philodendron (Philodendron hederaceum)

Heartleaf Philodendron is a classic trailing houseplant with glossy, deep green leaves shaped like little hearts. Its long, graceful vines make it perfect for hanging baskets, shelves, or climbing up a moss pole, adding a lush tropical look to just about any space.

This easygoing Philodendron is a favorite for good reason. It tolerates a range of indoor lighting conditions, doesn't require constant attention, and grows beautifully with basic care. Let the vines cascade naturally or give them something to climb for larger, more mature foliage.

Care Tips:
☀️ Light: Medium to bright, indirect light, tolerates lower light but grows best with brighter indirect light
💧 Water: Allow the top 1 to 2 inches of soil to dry between waterings, avoid soggy soil
🌫 Humidity: Average household humidity is fine, but appreciates moderate to high humidity
❄️ Temperature: Thrives around 65 to 85°F, protect from cold drafts
🐾 Pet Friendly: No
⭐ Rare: No

Fun Fact:
Heartleaf Philodendrons are natural climbers in their tropical habitats, using aerial roots to attach themselves to trees. Give yours a moss pole or other support, and those cute little heart-shaped leaves can grow significantly larger as the plant matures. 💚🌿
